Double Happy

Got two happy news.. woohoo!!! First, my sister just got promoted as a Personal Wealth Manager (PWM) and she will be reported to her new position on the May 26th. After 3 years as Sales Exec in HSBC, finally she got what she wanted to do. I am so happy for her. Yahoo!!!
Besides my sister with her new position, finally somebody will be joining me to Penang in June. Hehehe. We talked about it last night during our dinner, and asked him to think about it. And today he is confirm with this getaway. Double yahooo!!!
Today is a good day for me, can't stop smiling :)
Got to go as I need to drop by to a few banks to pay my plastic cards' bills, and later our midnight Iron Man show follow by after movie party. Ahaks. And some more tomorrow is a Public Holiday. No need to work.. Smile again!!

Business Trip

I've been away for business trip last week. It was hectic and tiring but it was a good experienced too. The business trip was in our neighbour country..

I've attended FHA 2008 - Food & Hotel Asia Event 2008 that was held in Singapore every 2 years. This year it was held in Singapore EXPO, with seven damn big halls.

At first, we wanted to stay in our sister hotel in Singapore but due to high occupancy, they can't reserved the rooms for us. Because of that, we checked in to another sister hotel in JB and was upgraded to Regency Club with the RC facilities. Not bad huh?

We need to have a pass to enter into all the seven halls. Those who don't have the pass needs to pay SGD 80 which is equal to around RM 184. Damn expensive.

There were a lots of stuff there and the exhibitors were from all over the world. They gave a lots of free stuff and sample including free testing of wine and spirits.

I went there with another 4 of my collegues (all big fellows, I mean big as in position) and also met old friends.

With Friends

Since we were staying in JB, we had to go in to Singapore everyday and it was very early in the morning and came back after our dinner. We only reached hotel around 11pm due to very bad traffic from Woodlands to Tambak Johor and we stucked almost one and a half hour there. But, it was really worth it especially when we met friends from the sister hotel. We had our dinner in Straits Kitchen at Grand Hyatt Singapore that already arranged earlier by nice, sweet, and joker Mike. After dinner, he asked us to go up to Mezza9 to have our desserts there. It was good, I mean really good to meet him again after so long and he always the same Mike that I know.

I passed Aussie's booth and they asked me to fill up their survey and test their product, jam. By the time I finished it, they gave me this so cute t-shirt and I have to admit that I love sexy aubergine!

I left Singapore EXPO with a very good experience, and it was really worth it to be there. The next will be in Hong Kong, May 2009. Hope I'll be able to attend another mega Food & Hotel Event.

I'm updating from the neighbour country. Will update once I'm back. I don't know why but I miss home so much, or maybe miss some peoples there.

I'm leaving tomorrow morning but never prepare anything yet. All need to be done after work this evening, or if I'm going back as usual (my normal time 8.30pm), I have to do it tonight. And I'm leaving tomorrow early morning. Damn!

It's A Boring Monday

Been busy the whole last week. A lot of things need to be done. Thank God, finally I managed to settle up everything before the datelines. I had a very bad mood since some peoples gave me shit, and it was like, hey what the hell were you thinking you are. Yes, you are department head level, but it doesn't mean that you can say or do whatever you want to do! And for your info, I'm not reporting to you! Full stop. Besides, I don't like people used me for an excuse. I know whats right and wrong, so you better stop bitching about me.
I've spent my weekend at my second home watching back to back Prison Break and Lost. We talked about something when he suddenly said "no wonder your mood so fucked up last week". Ermm he was right, being a Cancerian it obviously showed in my face but its ok, its normal what. Ahaks. Even though we just sat in front of tv watching those series and drinking and eating, I just love my weekend. That is why I think today is a boring day plus starting tomorrow I'll be away and only come back to work next Monday.
No, I'm not going for holiday or short break or get away thingy, I'm going for a business trip. I can feel it will be tiring and no time for my shopping. I wish at least I can manage to squeeze my time for Charles & Keith. Wish me luck!

No Words Can Describe The Weather

Its damn HOT here since a week ago. And it is getting worst day by day. I don't feel like going anywhere. All I want is just sitting here, and do nothing except take a deep breath. Even the air-cond is on, I don't really feel it. Based on the forecast, it will continue for a few weeks more. Can't wait for this weather to finish, and I can enjoy my sitting by the beach session after work.

The Day I Don't Want To Talk To Anybody

Sometimes, I don't understand some peoples. I thought I know them, but somehow they became totally different, they acted like strangers to me, they acted as if we didn't know each other, and the worst part is when they showed that we are not belong to each other. Why they changed? I understand that people might change, but not until to this extend right. I'm still remember those times when we had so much fun together; we lepak, watched movies, party, drinking, holiday, laughed, talked until we fall asleep, we shared everything ups and downs but now all those fun had gone. I maybe too emotional about this, but don't be too ignorance towards me.
